The cousins always enjoyed getting together even though they lived in four different states - Nevada, Minnesota, Wyoming and Iowa. Fond memories of enjoying time together at the Ringkob family farm in Minnesota, attending Minnesota Twins baseball games, skiing the mountains of Nevada and Wyoming, Grandma’s Christmas dinners, playing a game of ice hockey on the farm pond before the Christmas dinner, playing in Grandma’s basement at her house in town, attending ISU athletic events, receiving a handmade quilt from Grandma, eating Grandma’s cookies, and taking family pictures through the years are all treasured by the family.

Education has always been very important in our family. All the grandchildren are college graduates or are soon to graduate - some have pursued advanced degrees. John, Mark, Keri and Paul attended Iowa State University in Ames, IA; Amy and Steve attended Cornell University in Ithaca, NY; David and Julie attended St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN; and Adam attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO.
